Auto Service & Tire Warranty General Terms
Any request for repair, replacement, or rendering of service under any of the warranties, guarantees, or policies described must be directed to the Dobbs Tire and Auto Center issuing the "Warranty Record" upon receiving your service.
The "Warranty Record" and copy of the original invoice must be presented when any request is made for any warranty service.
The warranties, guarantees, and policies described herein do not in any way extend to consequential damage resulting from either a defect in parts, material, or performance failure.
The "Warranty Record" is not assignable and is for exclusive benefit of the customer and vehicle identified herein.
In the event an automobile mechanical service rendered by Dobbs Tire and Auto Centers fails to perform satisfactorily within the specified period from date of invoice, then the same service as covered by original invoice will be rendered to the degree necessary to correct the faulty performance, unless the invoice is noted to show that the customer declined to authorize certain specified labor, parts, or materials as required for satisfactory performance.
By arrangement for an appointment and surrender of the invoice, the Dobbs Tire and Auto Centers rendering the original service will handle such corrections without any additional charge for labor, parts, or materials. Only in cases where new labor, parts, or materials might be authorized, over and above that specified on the original invoice, will there be any additional charge.
This service policy does not in any way extend to consequential damage, nor does it apply to any performance failure due to such causes as fire, theft, road damage, collision, or any negligent or willful abuse.

Warranty service within the St. Louis Metropolitan area - which includes a 50-mile radius thereof - must be performed at the original repair facility. Please contact your local Dobbs Tire and Auto Centers location. For out-of-state warranty claims, please call 1-800-426-0733 and you will be directed to a Tire and Service Network retailer near you. In the event of failure of materials, workmanship, or wear, replacement and installation - including parts and labor - will be made free of charge. Warranty repair costs will not exceed the cost of the original repair or service.
Your DriveAway Tire Purchase Includes
FREE FLAT REPAIRS
Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers will make repairs to repairable punctures on those tires listed on the original invoice on a no-charge basis for the tread life of the tire. (No-charge repairs will not be made on tires with less than 2/32" tread remaining.)
FREE ROTATIONS
Every 6,000 miles (or 6 months). Some vehicles require the dismounting and remounting of the tires on the wheels to complete the rotation. This service will be performed at an additional cost.
FREE COMPUTER SPIN-BALANCING
Every 6,000 miles (or 6 months), Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers will re-balance all tire assemblies as necessary for the life of the tire.
FREE TIRE INSPECTIONS, AIR PRESSURE CHECKS & TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM (TPMS) RESET as applicable.
ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY COVERAGE
To the original purchaser, Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers is authorized, under the terms of this warranty, to replace a tire purchased under our DriveAway Tire Package Policy and listed on the original invoice that may be rendered unserviceable for whatever reason, other than the exclusions listed, with a tire of similar size and construction (down to 2/32" usable tread). The tire will be replaced in return for a "USE CHARGE" to be paid by the user based on a prorated calculation or a minimum 20% of the new tire replacement price. The wear will be determined by a tread gauge measurement by Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers. Additionally, the purchaser will be responsible for 10% of a new tire price to be added to the "USE CHARGE" for the extension of the Road Hazard Warranty on the new replacement tire.
What is not covered by the DriveAway Tire Purchase
To the extent permitted by law, Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers disclaims liability for consequential damages. Tires used for racing or commercial service such as mail carrier, newspaper delivery, taxi, courier, etc. Damage or destruction to the tire from burns, willful abuse, accident (including curb damage), irregular or premature tread wear caused by mechanical malfunction, improper alignment, overloading, misapplication, or improper inflation. Repairable punctures or tires "run flat" (a condition brought about by running a tire with little or no air pressure). Tires branded "Blem" (blemished), branded "NA" (Non-Adjustable), or tires on which the brand name has been obliterated. Invoices reflecting Code 50 (Customer Declines Warranty) or Code C-OUT (cash and carry) or internet tire purchases.
USER'S OBLIGATIONS
The user must present the original invoice and the tire registered on it to Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers when adjustment is claimed. This warranty is the product of Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers and not of any manufacturer. This warranty is in effect for the usable "tread life" of the tire registered on it. Industry standards state that a tire has reached the end of its usable tread life when the tread depth left is 2/32" or less.

Each tire manufacturer provides limited warranties on the products they produce and distribute. Generally, these warranties cover tires that fail to give the intended service or fall short of the life expectancy due to workmanship or material-related issues.
